This place didn't meet my expectation. Cozy place, but horrible service. High prices, coffee tastes good, but I know much better. When we came, we wanted to sit in the upper part of the restaurant. The service told us that we cannot, as the upper...part is already closed. Well it was half past 2 and the restaurant is open till 9. And there were some people sitting upstairs. Apparently the service ladies didn't want to climb the stairs to serve us. We were served by 2 girls. One was ok, the second one was extremely unfriendly. It was chocking for me. No smile, no answer to my question. We won't come back.More

Super cozy restaurant! And the food is delicious, the coffee is with a little bit of chocolate :). Perfect stop if you have visited the John Lennon Wall.

Delicious desserts and great coffee. Perhaps not so good for the waistline but fantastic for the taste buds.

We waited almost half an hour to get served. I don’t know how can you make bad toast, but these guys managed to do so. Stuff was extremly unfriendly.

We have been this cafe with friends today. They have extremely rude staff. There is no manager to talk to. Never again..

Highly recommend. Nice place with reasonable quality coffee served perfectly. Mondieu is located close to the food court offering comfortable seating. Dessert menu looks great, cannot wait trying all one by one.

Have stopped here for quick lunch and dessert. I was pleasantly surprised at quality of food. Great place for casual or business dining on the move.

We went for afternoon lunch at the Chodov mall. It's a nice looking place, but the tables are very small. It barely fits the plates but that said the food is good. And reasonably priced. Service was okay.

First when you recognize the place , you think: Just WOW! Such a cool design and you want to get in to try it. After, when you enter, you recognize staff blocked the stairs up, not to go so far to serve. Second, you wait...20 min to order, the lady is quite rude. After you wait for your cappuccino for next 20 min during staff of 4-5 persons solving their problems and pissed of on you. Pancake looked amazing to be honest! Coffee is good. But my caramel cheesecake I never have got to try, waitresses were to busy to serve clients and forgot my order. Very Pitty... and the best - they putted it into the bill :) fabulousMore

This is a very elegant and cozy place to have a nice lunch after couple of hours Christmas shopping tour in this huge mall. Nice atmosphere, decent food and service. Very positive feedback.
