Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went here for breakfast and it was good. The coffee is delicious and the buffet has a good variety. My only issues were that the food was cold… fried eggs, bacon, sausage… all cold… the scrambled eggs looked raw almost… they were so runny...and personally they looked bad to me. The bread rolls were at least a day old, but the rest was fresh and tasty. I didn’t like the fact that they add a compulsory tip of 10%. This is self serve, and the only thing they bring you is the coffee. I’m not in favor of mandatory tips…More

Amazing, yet reasonably priced food! Cozy atmosphere. Service was friendly, although sometimes it felt that we were forgotten and had to wait to place dessert orders. But excellent food covered up the possible mishaps. We did not have a reservation on a Saturday evening, but...the place wasn't too busy for us to fit in.More

The service was excellent. The host and waitress spoke excellent English. The Beef Tar Tar was amazing for an appetizer, and the Duck roasted in the Czech style and excellent local/Moravian wine selectoins. It is a really bright and open atmosphere with excellent service. Our...waitress Diana was very knowledgeable, very attentive, pleasant and helpfu. This was my favorite restaurant we ate at in Prague! The concept is a modern take on Bohemian favorites. The duck was the best I have had in Germany or the Czech republic, so flavorful. The take on Czech sauerkraut was also very good, I presume done in a white wine sauce since it was sweeter? If I ever return to Prague, I will definitely find this restaurant which Prague locals highly recommended.More

Ordered cocktails and they were served deconstructed which was interesting. Food was attractively served and the local Czeck wine and dishes were delicious

Excellent restaurant, very professionally run, beautiful food with some very good presentation and different dishes with a nice twist and also excellent local dishes. A very busy restaurant that I would recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment. There may be some people who think...that it is a little bit expensive but an example of a meal we had which was two large beers, one small beer, two soup starters, two main meals and two coffees came to the equivalent of approximately £61 which for a restaurant of this standard I consider to be cheap, it would cost this much in an English country pub.More

We stayed in the Cosmopolitan Hotel (next door to Next Door) for a week, and had breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner every night but one. The only problem with this restaurant is that you’ll never want to venture out to try another one. Every dish...is a masterpiece, the service is superb, and the prices are very reasonable. After 70 years of sampling food, I can say without hesitation that this is the best restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying, and it is miles ahead of second place.More

Excellent food - quality and presentation. Great, multilingual, prompt and courteous service. Moderately priced. Open concept dining - a large group of tourists was a bit noisy (why????) and disturbing everyone else (not the restaurant’s fault). Moderately priced

We were a party of 6, three couples that met on a Danube river cruise ending in Prague. The tour guide made the reservation for us, Thursday @ 6:30pm. The food was well prepared and delicious. Service was on point. I noticed a number of...locals dinning at the restaurant (always a good sign to me). On Friday I stopped in for a coffee and dessert in the afternoon, still great service.More

No, it is not necessary for a lunch reservation. We were a group of five and they were able to accommodate us.
