There is a reason this place has a Michelin Star - our meal was fantastic and the wine pairings were perfect. Service is impeccable as you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. I absolutely love this place!

La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise. (@ladegustationbohemebourgeoise) is an one Michelin Star restaurant in #prague. I am astounded at the perfection, and the super efficiency with which the entire kitchen staff works. Most of the time the chefs were standing around, hands folded, chatting with one another....At the precise moment of each course everyone kicks into action and assemble the ingredients quickly and then presents them to the diners. And at 2450CZK ($105) for a five course meal, with three amuse bouche appetizers, and three amuse bouche desserts, this is the most inexpensive Michelin Star restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of worldwide.More

The tasting menu was exceptional - inventive flavour combinations worked every time. The wine pairing was spot on. The service was also 10/10 - we felt very looked after. Would highly recommend for a special dinner.

We came as a treat for lunch and opted for the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. There were a couple of courses that scared me, but I think you have to leave your perceived dislikes at the door of somewhere like this and...at least try some new things. I’m glad I did! Every course was visually beautiful, and even the ‘scary’ catfish course was a pleasure to eat. I’m certainly not a wine connoisseur, but could appreciate how the choice of wines elevated the already fantastic flavours of the food. The staff were as attentive and knowledgeable as you’d hope at this level, and I enjoyed being able to see the kitchen - I was amazed by how calm, focused and disciplined it was. Obviously, the portions were small (it was a taster menu) but there was enough to fuel our next few hours of sightseeing.More

This is an outstanding restaurant. Excellent food, patiently explained with wonderfully attentive and discreet staff. We were lucky to have a table beside the kitchen so we could observe our dishes being created. This was without question one of the best meals and experiences we...have ever had.More

We visited this restaurant on our first night in Prague as it was right next to our hotel! It was a completely perfect experience from start to finish, interior is beautiful and the service from the staff was faultless. Dishes were creative but tasted amazing...and the wine list was extensive but we enjoyed trying some local wines. Thank you for a lovely start to our trip!More

Visited with friends and from arrival to departure we all had a great evening. Food was exceptional and our paired wines were matched well and enjoyed by all. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful with their descriptions of the various courses and the wines. Price...high for Prague but low for a Michelin quality restaurant in Europe, would absolutely visit again when returning to Prague.More

One of the top 5 dinners we've ever eaten. Beautiful interior space highlighted by the open kitchen on one end and bar/wine storage on the other. The crystal chandeliers with "bones" add a touch of whimsy. Service is impeccable. The menu is a multi-course prix...fixe that changes based on season and the best ingredients. Highlights included courses with Golden beet/poppy seeds/yogurt, catfish/tomato/ham, duck/beetroot/liquorice, venison/mushrooms/black truffle, cream/rum/hazelnut. The paired wines were perfect and our first experience of Czech wins, which we loved. The dessert was paired with a wonderful revelation - ice cider (late harvest apples aged three years in oak). Truly a memorable meal!More

What a great dinner. This is a fun, relaxed and lovely dining experience. The staff were kind, lovely and very attentive. The open kitchen was great, we were mesmerized watching the chef prepare and send out the food. The food was fun ( we really...did lick the plate), and absolutely delicious. We chose the wine pairing that was spot on. Each glass complimented the meal and all were delicious. Highly recommend.More

This is a very good spot. Atmosphere is good and staff is very professional. Food was very good, however not a top score on wine pairing unfortunately. I would recommend going for bottles rather than the pairing.

so horrendously disappointed with this michelin star restaurant, that i would question how it got a star went with friends for the taster menu. The food was mediocre at best, with many courses not even being balanced... ie no carb, just veg and meat. The...taste itself was not of the quality of many michelins i have eaten at The service - we were served by multiple different people, so no consistency in service or flow, many who were not smiling Kitchen - on display but a notable absence of hairnets, beard nets and gloves. One guy looked like a tramp, rather than a chef. The tasting wine - less than a small glass for many of the portions, but worse was that one of the servings was actually a very tasteless raspberry beer. We were horrified and all three of us left that. It is not what you pay pairing prices for The ambience - the worst restaurant i have been to acoustically. The noise bounced off all of the walls, the tables were too close and you could hardly hear yourself think, never mind chat. Swerve this one guys and save your mony. we went to other lovely prague restaurants and had great food and service and atmosphere rather than paying for this overpriced horrendous experienceMore
