Extremely disappointed with waiter who was very bad with super rude attitude and insulted us, straight away put us of ordering any food, we requested to talk to management or any supervisor but they refused to talk to us, sadly we left and we won't...come again to this place never again.More

I had a wonderful experience at Klub Lavka. Their vegan salad was excellent, and the service was efficient and attentive even though all the waiters were extremely busy. A directly rude waiter. We had one Aperol Spritz, one Urquell and one cappuchino. Out son aske for icecubes at the side to his cappuchine, since it was totally impossible to have cappuchino ice. He sat waiting for the ice cubes for 40 minutes, even...after asking for them twice! We will never visit this restaurant again! He was laughing at us and behaved weird! Absolutely worst experience in our many trips to Europe! The waiter was so extremely rude. The waiter was unhelpful in getting a table. When we finally sat down, he took more than 10mins to just give us the menu. In fact we were not even...given the pizza menu. Our drinks order took inordinately long. We thought it must be because of the crowds and waited patiently while enjoying the ambience. However, ultimately we realised that the treatment meeted out to us was not because of any time/crowd constraint but (sadly and unbelievably) because of age old racism. We ordered food and after more than an hour later (after asking twice about it), we were informed that one dish has already finished and the other one was never informed to the kitchen. So basically we didn't get any lunch. We asked for the bill and even that was brought to us after catering to at least 5-6 tables, with absolutely no apology for letting us go without lunch after we already waited for so long. In the meantime we noticed that other tables with white patrons were attended to promptly and orders were delivered far quicker. All this time, the waiter was unbelievably rude, and made offhand comments which reflected badly on the hospitality industry of Prague. That's when we realised that the problem was the waiter's attitude towards our skin colour and nothing else.More

Waitress was one of the rudest self-entitled people ever. Gave me the bill service not included and said service is 10% then took her tip from my change.

Respect yourself and don't go there. You will be treated like trash. They like your money but not your presence. The manager was super rude in dealing with an issue about the bill. She does not care what you think or write about this place....That's all you need to know.More

During our Prague visit, we've stopped by Klub Lavka for lunch since they had a large outdoor seating area. View towards the famous Charles Bridge. Food was average, but staff are very friendly even though they were busy with all the outdoor seating guests. Stop...by the restaurant for drinks and the lovely view of the river and Charles Bridge!More

Great atmosphere and view. Our waitress went out of her way to accomodate us. Because of her we went back the next day, so a special shout out to MAJA. Food was really good as well.

We have been here twice now. The first time was really good and the waitress was great however the next time we went was a Thursday night and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other speaking and this was sitting outside. 4...cheese pizza was great.More

Very bad service, waited for more than 1 hour a pizza for our 5 years kid, while our meals were brought in around 30 minutes, which we cancelled in the end as it would have taken another 15-20 minutes to get it. Sat on the terrace in the back immediately next to the river. Very relaxing experience. Had drinks and appetizers. Enjoyed both. We found the staff friendly and reasonably attentive.
