Feeling exceptionally tired after a long day of business I didn't want to stray too far from where I was staying so I took the option of fine dining solo and had one of my most memorable meals for a long time. Despite being on my own I felt exceptionally well looked after. Staff were friendly and made me feel... More

If you only eat out once in Sydney this is the place to go. It is a great experience on every level. First is the location. Situated right on McMahon's Point it is easily accessible by ferry from Circular Quay or Darling Harbour. With large picture windows almost every table has wonderful views out over the harbour towards the bridge... More

Lovely situation, great food, pleasant service but ... Had at least 4 different staff serve us therefore there was no continuity - i asked for the wine list as the main was about to be served, to order a bottle of red to have with our steak, and although I received the wine list they never returned to take an... The combination of high quality food and great service resulted in us having a fantastic meal to celebrate with family The scallops were superb, and the steaks were cooked to perfection Add to that great service from very helpful staff, and the wonderful view across the harbour, and you have all the ingredients for a superb event Well worth a... My wife and I visited this beautiful restaurant on a weekday evening and the view, service and atmosphere was fantastic. But unfortunately the food was not. There was nothing wrong with the food, but at the price you pay you expect it to be above average and it was a disappointment in that regard. The food was average nothing wrong... More

We went to Sails to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. On our arrival we were warmly greeted and wished a very Happy Wedding Anniversary and then shown to a lovely quiet table in the corner with fabulous views of our great city. We chose the Degustation Menu with matching wines. Our waiter was exceptional, explained every dish and every matching... More

A short water taxi ride from Sydney Harbor to Lavender Bay is this small restaurant with great views of the bay, and even better seafood. We had oysters, scallops, pink snapper, and deserts. All served with a smile and Australian hospitality!

Great dinner with a fabulous view. Service, food and wine very good. Maitre D really exception and understated. N.B. Go by Uber/taxis as parking distant and usually full. Crab starter, then one barramundi and one salmon. Followed by one panna cotta and one rhubarb dish. Mains were not large but all divine!

Although a tad on the expensive side, this is a very nice restaurant. Pulling up to the restaurant, it was difficult to find parking because it was quite busy. The view of the harbour bridge was amazing and this was the view that we had inside the restaurant as well. The waiters were very welcoming and we always had water... More
