Balmalp is the best stop during the day in Lech. Great restaurant. The scenery is unique. Goulash soup is delicious. A nice place to get some rest.

Ball alp is a lovely restaurant perched on the cliffs overlooking Zug, right beside lift 2. You can also get there from Lech on lift 6 with a short flat section of poling or walking. The outdoor terrace is a fantastic place for a sunny lunch with glorious views over Zug and beyond. And for colder days the inside is... More

This is the only place in the mountains where I get the Nikki Beach-feeiling. We always stop here - every year when we visit St Anton/the Arlberg area and it is not a short pit stop, rather hours of joy!

A quick pit stop for hot choco clock. Nice outside bar with great views. Loved the display of empty champagne bottles dotted around!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our last day of skiing after my ski-instructor recommended it and we only wished we had come earlier. The atmosphere is great, views of the Alpes stunning and the food and drinks scrumptious. The staff is very accommodating and despite the place being full the waiter immediately found 2 seats for... This place has got it all... Great food, superb interior design - a mix of traditional alpine style and sleek modern lines - and an atmosphere you would normally find at the high-end beach clubs in Ibiza or Mykonos... Super cool music, good looking people, great location bang in the sun... Absolutely loved it... The only minus: terrace is rather... More

This restaurant is in a great location high above Lech. You need to get there early to get a table. If you are after 12.15pm you may struggle. The pizza is good and the wok dish was also fine. As the restaurant is so popular it's a bit industrial with people coming and going. If you get a table outside... More

Dream location at top of chairlift from Zug. Fantastic outside bar with brilliant helpful staff and inviting fleeces to sit on. Great music, brilliant vibe, irresistible range of foods and drinks - a magical retreat from the cold, with a lovely run beside a stream back down to Zug. Bliss!

What a nice place! With the best view in Lech, this newly renovated lunch restaurant delivers exactly what you expert from a good alp-hütte! Service is good and the pizzas are amazing! Highly recommended!

We have been to this restaurant/bar several times in the past and are happy we came each time. We were there when it was a small hut and again after it was rebuilt. The construction and style are so beautiful. The views are tremendous and breathtaking. Even from the bathroom window! The outside bar has sheepskin seat warmers and a... More
