We had no idea how popular the Boathouse was until we found ourselves in a queue at the front desk around 5pm trying to make a reservation for later that night… In fairness, staff do their best to accommodate everybody and they managed to squeeze...the two of us in right by the entrance. The décor is quirky and the staff, both Dutch and Spanish, are extremely hard-working and friendly. We ordered chicken tacos and spring rolls for starters, both of which were extremely tasty. For mains, I went for a lamb curry and my hubby had to have the Waygu Picana steak pieces after they were particularly recommended to him (being American, he can’t say no to beef!). It was a great choice. While I loved my curry, my hubby was ecstatic. My moment of ecstasy came shortly after when we ordered the Baklava pistachio cheesecake… While my hubby’s bar is extremely high when it comes to beef, mine (having grown up in Vienna where every other building is a Konditorei/Patisserie/cake shop) gets applied to desserts and is very seldom reached. However, I must honestly admit that the Boathouse’s Baklava cheesecake not only reached but easily surpassed my expectations… so much so that we returned for another helping the following night! Absolutely divine experience – make sure to make your reservations in good time.More

Really nice location near the beach with sea view. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good and cosy. The cocktails are amazing and good looking. However the food was nice but not spectacular. Little disappointed in general as the menu was not really special...or fancy. Quality was good. Service was good but not the best anyhow, friendly people. Would recommend to go at least once when you visit Ibiza.More

Make sure you are dressed up and not with kids, otherwise they will say there is no place. When you arrive without a reservation, are wearing normal clothes and have kids with you, for sure you won't get a table. We were forced to go...to another place and kept an eye on the tables/reservation; All the time there were tables available without having it fully booked. The people we saw entering and getting a table all weared fancy clothes and without kids. Too bad we were not allowed because we like to spend money while eating but are just not the type of people wearing Versace or D&G.More

International food ( they also got the libanese which is quite difficult to find ! ) and good variety of tapas . Portion aren’t small and good value for money. Salads are gorgeous and super big ! 10/10 for the cocktails. 🍹🍸 Friendly staff and...a precious music live set by the sea which creates a romantic and chill atmosphere. Special thanks to the guitar man singing in portoghese this Thursday.. amazing ! On my to do list when coming in Ibiza ! Ps my dad bought also the restaurant t-shirt and he was super happy 😜More
