Our visit started well with friendly attention from really lovely young staff. The menu has 1/2 serves for breakfast which suited us really well. I don't want to pay for a massive breakfast I can't eat. The eggs Benedict were fantastic and the tea and coffee were really nice too. So good we went back the next day and did... More

This place has a nice vibe, good staff, presentation is good, not bad coffee and great juice. Fairly expensive for the quality of the quality of the food. Outdoor seating is really rickety and fairly uncomfortable. We no longer head here due to the inconsistency of the food, sometimes it's great but often egg white are runny, coffee luke warm... More

Average cafe with older staff not so helpful but, younger staff really nice and friendly. Food very average, do not cater much for children....

Limited menu, especially for vegetarians, however good coffee. Dirty seats inside the cafe with lots of dead flies near the window sill. Bit of a turn off when you're sitting there eating.

During our recent visit to Albany we went to Frederick's Cafe for breakfast. We were so impressed with the delicious food and the warmth of the charming waitresses that we returned for breakfast the following morning. I personally loved being able to order a half portion, which allowed me to try the muesli and the Eggs Benny which is something... More

Just been to ANZAC center Mt Clarence & followed Capt Shout who was awarded a VC in WW1. Had lunch in this main street cafe. Steak sandwiches, cuban panini, beef burgers and chocolate milk shakes. We sat on the main st under their pergola. The steak was tender and bread fresh. The maverick burger curry spicy. The panini was cubanlicious... More

Overall food was good quality and decent sizes. Drinks however were very small for the price. Normally our average spend is $55-$60 for 4 meals n drinks; today cost us just over $90. Nice enough place but very expensive compared to other local cafes
