Stone cold poached eggs on toast. The pancakes were nice but plain. Two bits of bacon is an extra $4.50 which is ridiculous. Our breakfast was very expensive for what we had. The only positive part was a nice coffee.

A landmark moment for me yesterday, I had my first ever $5.00 (Take-Away) Large Latte and in my book that's pretty expense and I live on Sydney's Lower North Shore where generally speaking I pay $4.00 / $4.50 and I'm sorry guys but it wasn't the best coffee I've ever had. On the plus side it was open nice &... More

Our AAT Kings tour group stopped here for coffee and snacks enroute to Blue Mountains. We were provided a choice of coffees, teas or hot chocolate with brownies, raisin bread or zucchini bread. My hot chocolate was delicious and the brownie was rich and large.

We came here as part of our tour group. I pre-ordered fish and chips, while my husband got the salmon leek tart (more like a quiche). My fish was okay, but the fries were bland. My husband's salmon leek tart was tasteless. If you happen to be going to Leura with a tour group, or on your own, there are... More

Had chicken pasta was pretty average. Food very expensive for what we got. Just two of us eating and food brought out at different times.

My partner and I paid 25AUD each for a meal here as part of a tour by ATTKings and I'd have to say it had no saving grace except, perhaps, the man that I took to be the owner seemed like a nice chap. We were dropped off near the place and as soon as we entered the eatery it... More

This place stands out among all the cafes we breakfasted at, for the deliciousness of the food and the choices available. Along with all that you'd expect for breakfast, they also did a Light Breakfast for $10, which is very good value for toast, bacon, egg, and a lovely garlicky roasted tomato. If I were to come back to Leura,... More

We visited early in the New Year, Leura was crowded and understandably the staff were run off their feet. But they did accept us into their restaurant. They plonked us down at a table with a reservation sign and asked if we could 'eat quickly'. The surly waitress kept pushing the 'reservation' plate in front of our noses to reinforce... More

4 of us had lunch here and were disapppinted. Food was overpriced for pre-made and heated meals. I ordered the Moussaka, and what I got was an eggplant quiche. My friends ordered tarts and also instead got quiches! Wouldn't come here again

If you're looking for a reasonably casual eatery with a good choice of "tuck shop" style meals then Loaves is a decent place. Best bowl of chips I've had in some time ...and the steak and chips looks great too. The classic cheese burger was way to expensive for the simplicity of the meal ...but the service was quick and...
