A tasty meal in a clean and pleasant diner / cafe atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. My fish burger was good.

Good and plenty food, I ate kangaroo which was quite ok. Located in downtown Katoomba. The prices on the menu were reasonable, especially considering the amount of food served.

As locals, we've been coming here for six or seven years, and it is still the place we come back to most often. Nothing fancy, nothing surprising, just good honest food, an Aussie version of the American diner. Great atmosphere, and usually, though not always, great food. Better bet than most places in Katoomba Street.

This is a quirky little place with a great range of food from burgers to pizzas to steak. Food was very good but the place was let down by some sloppy and unfriendly service

What a great little spot. Antique charm, Art Deco decor and outstanding food. A little bit left field. It that is its charm. Will definitely visit again.

We ate there on a Monday night as not much else was open and we needed gluten free for my son. The waitress was nice but forget to bring us something when we asked for it. The water from the filter was warm, not just "not cold" but warm. The food was abysmal. I have no idea who told the... More

Had lunch at this place on a recent trip to Katoomba. They offered s huge selection of food - all day breakfast, pizza, salads, burgers, a few specialty items, coffee, tea and cold drinks. Prices were reasonable, service was good and good tasted lovely. Huge windows inside the restaurant and outside seating as well means there was lots of opportunity... More

Place a little run-down. We ordered Kangaroo Burger, Pizza, Beef Lasagne, Pulled Pork Quesadilla. The food was average. The portions was very generous & value for money though.

I was in katoomba for 4 days/3 nights before Christmas. Breakfast/Lunch was the all day Big Breakfast from the savoy at $13.90. It seems to have started out as a cafe but now operates as a restaurant with waiter service. They serve alcohol which an ordinary cafe can't do. I only ate the Big Breakfast but was so happy with... Arrived to a welcome by a great waitress, Roz - dressed to suit her environment and suitably friendly and knowledgeable about the vast menu. We had Blackened fish salad (get the prawns) and a proper Vienna schnitzel - of appropriate size - with gorgeous mashed potato and gravy - the salad is great, too. Heaven. Try the Evans & Tate...
