Nice food but... Trying to feed us in 40 mins was plain wrong. Main turned up within 2 mins of entree finishing. I sent it back on hold. This is NOT fine dining etiquette. We couldn't be seated in main patio, fair enough but we were seated in a room with a party of 12, 2 very young kids and... More

Have eaten here on two occasions and can thoroughly recommend. Although not as good as its sister establishment -- Darleys -- still not to be missed.

Definitely not worth the $115 for the 3 course menu, we felt the food had a pub bistro like quality to it. The stand out course was definitely the desserts, we loved those. Very attentive service, and the views are second to none. Probably wouldn't eat there again, not for dinner anyway, perhaps lunch on a sunny day.

I was taken to Echoes Restaurant by visiting American friends for my birthday dinner. The terrace was busy so we chose to sit inside so we could talk over our meal. The decor is smart and our waiter was most efficient. I had two entrees as I had endured dental work that day and wanted something on the soft side:... More

Echoes has a enviable location on the edge of the escarpment and if you're lucky enough the views are fabulous. Service is friendly and efficient from the mainly young staff who seemed to be looking after all diners satisfactorily throughout the evening. The menu is relatively limited offering only five entres and five main courses. Price is $85 for 2... More

The food here is next level quality and the servings are perfect size to leave you well fed, yet prepared for some delicious dessert. I recommend the Trio of Desserts to share and the wonderful selection of wines.

Echoes restaurant has a truly wonderful location. You feel the lightness of being high above the spectacular surrounding canyons and the interior layout complements this. Spacious and exuding the class of fine dining. The food was truly excellent with just one minor glitch - I can't eat mushrooms and my steak came with mushroom sauce that I had expressly said... Had lunch here as I saw a brochure at the tourist center at echo point lookout point. Food was solid though it didn't wow, and a little pricey. But you're paying for the spectacular view, as it's perched right on the cliff and you get a great view of the blue mountains as you dine.

The setting of this restaurant makes a bold statement of what great food is on offer and the chef(s) certainly deliver!! The setting was very romantic, the service impeccable, discrete and attentive. The food was a taste sensation and it made the perfect dinner for two.

We arrived here at 6pm and were seated in an area that has views over the mountains which we got to see in its final twilight moments. Lovely. We were handed the menu and you get a choice of 2 dishes for $85.00 or 3 dishes for $115.00. We decided on two dishes as we couldn't justify the extra $30... More
