We had a lovely meal in the Ship Inn, the food was excellent. The pub has a lovely atmosphere, the locals and pub staff were lovely and very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We would recommend The Ship Inn without hesitation.

Was lucky enough to have lunch here with two friends. We all thought this was one of the best experiences we have had. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service prompt and friendly. Well done the Ship Inn we will be back!

In Devon all we want is fresh crab and scallops. We certainly had both at the Ship Inn and so delicious. For a busy pub restaurant the service was superb. Thoroughly recommend but need to book.

Lovely staff. The belly pork is the best I have ever had. The portions are big. The chips are perfect. Every person in our group loved their food. Even though it was busy we didn't have to wait long.

Simply wonderful food. Large menu but everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. Would recommend the mushroom soup starter and the Greek salad main. And the side of chips were divine. Nice to get some healthy offerings in a pub for a change. Definitely a food pub, not somewhere just to drink. Lovely staff, would return.
