We are fairly spoilt locally for gastro pubs but feel the Berkeley Arms to be head and shoulders above the best for taste and value. The pub is a lovely country pub without the chliche of being twee, beautifully decorated with lovely helpful staff.

I called to ask about a Lunch reservation and had to leave a message, they did not show me the courtesy of returning my call. Happy that they don't need to, but I shan't bother calling them again and will tell my circle of friends.
