__________ What a place, what a food experience. I was hunting for the best milk-fed lamb and I really found it here. A real memory to cherish. The food: insanely good. Soft, buttery lamb cooked in the oven, to order, for 3.5 hours. Then we also ordered some tasty chicken croquettes and some garlic prawns. The service: friendly and professional. Almudena and Guillermo were warm and cordial and were like friends at the end. The price: it isn't a cheap light lunch, but it was an apt price for the quantity and quality. Oh yeah, and the homemade desserts were to die for! If you are passing through this area, forget Pedraza and get to Brieva!More

Doing some site seeing in Segovia province, one of my friends from Madrid told me to visit this restaurant. He told me I would love it and he was right. I went with a group of friends this past weekend. The weather was on our...side so it made the experience even better. We got rice with bogavante (a type of lobster), a cheese plate, red peppers, wine, dessert, coffee and a drink, all coming out to be 20 euros per person. Also, I am a vegetarian and the peppers and cheese plate were for me. :) It's a splendid place to spend a Saturday eating and visiting.More
