Came here for breakfast. Had eggs Benedict on a bed of spinach and they were very accommodating when I asked for some mushrooms on the side :-) food was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Many locally sourced and reputable (e.g. organic) choices. I think the cafe has a lot of potential to play with the Narnia theme, doing so... More

I've just totted up that, after a lunch date with a couple of friends today, I have been to Cafe Narnia 8 times in the last three weeks. The food is great, the service even better. Such a nice atmosphere and a lovely place to meet and eat at. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for a coffee and tea one Saturday morning when in Whangarei. Two tea bags in pot... great cuppa. Coffee great and friendly welcoming service. Quirky walk through gallery adjoining. Love it if this was my local. Sofas and newspapers to enjoy.

I visit Whangarei frequently to visit family and I always stop in at Narnia's for my coffee. Lovely, friendly staff and great coffee! Occasionally I've had breakfast/lunch over the last year and the food has always been great. Totally recommend the walk through the fur coat lined closet.

Great coffee, chilled atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent selection of food. Love the half and half option also. My favourite brunch spot in Whangarei

As the name suggests, it is better to enter the cafe by the quirky option past some local art and through the back of the wardrobe into the cafe main area. It gave my 5yr old a real buzz to think she was setting into Narnia for real !!! Once inside, they serve a wide range of amazing food and... More

We've never been here before, what a great place, lovely atmosphere, great coffee, and lovely cakes. The wall art is from local artist selling their pictures; some very talented artists, prices were very reasonable. The staff were warm and welcoming, a great place to catch up away from the town.

Narnia is one of my favorite places for coffee in Whangarei, great coffee, good food and something a little different with the way you walk through a wardrode to give you the atmosphere of Narnia. Lovely friendly staff, highly recommend!

Lovely coffee and nice food just very pricey... Happy pleasant staff... rustic little cafe which has character. Lately I have been buying the Guava Jelly there which is one of the best jellies I have tried. I still recommend café to people even thou prices are at the high end.
