Good place to have a healthy breakfast while watching the world go by. Apparently good coffee but no caffeine for me so herbal tea.

Seeking caffeine and calories for the drive back to Perth we stopped in here. Kinda hippy type vibe going on which was cool, very friendly staff, the coffee was actually the best I had this trip down south and the take away chicken burrito was tasty and filling. Will stop in for a longer visit next time around

Breakfast is really good with plenty of choices and they know how to feed a big bloke with a good appetite.

I reckon you can judge a breakfast place by the way they do poached eggs. On that basis I give The Urban Bean a thumbs up. Four of us stopped here on a Sunday morning after walking/riding through The Pines. They offer coffee in mug or cup size and tea is done in a pot with leaves. The poached eggs... More

Ordered a takeaway chicken burrito. Burrito was not great- pulled chicken inside was sloppy and tasted pretty bad. It's the only thing I've tried there (the once) so I can't say anything else about the food there. However, the staff working there are lovely. Very friendly and polite- the man who served us was great. I'll come back but just... More

We were looking for somewhere for a small breakfast and we came across The Urban Bean which looked nice with a nice outdoor eating area, with a few people eating outside. But by no means was this place "busy". I ordered poached eggs on toast and husband ordered fruit and muesli, along with teas and coffees. the taste of the... More

An eco friendly option with the best poached eggs. Food is amazingly fresh and so good. I'm not sure what time they open, but we were there before 8am and already a few people there.

We had breakfast here a few weeks ago. I didn't realise it's eco credentials at first (I tend to avoid overly in your face eco trip venues) but I'm really glad we chose here to eat. The decor and food is nothing fancy, but it is tasty and the coffee is good too. It's not overly cheap, but I guess... More

Nice relaxed cafe with indoor section and a nice verandah. At the top end of the Main Street. We arrived around 7am Saturday and had a leisurely breakfast. Fantastic crema on the coffee and good solid breaky food at a good price (c 13-17 for eggs, toast and tasty extras) . Free range eggs, local produce, excellent bread.

Thank Tango F
