Great food, friendly staff and good service! All dishes ordered were very good. Haven't eaten Chinese food for years . After a tiring hard day of garage cleanout we turned up for a quick and easy meal option and were welcomed by friendly staff. Very clean restaurant, byo, lots of people picking up takeaway as well.

Been going here for over 30 years, food is always good, however im finding it is very sweet and salty compared to other Chinese restaurants, good service, friendly atmosphere etc.

Excellent friendly down to earth service, delicious hand made and made to order food. Nothing seems to be too hard for the chefs.

The manager was very good at understanding the need for gluten free for a coeliac member of our group and the chicken satay dish she ordered was perfectly fine. Our soups were a bit too salty but otherwise fine. The positive experience was let down by an order of mixed entree. The over cooked, deep fried in old oil, unidentifiable... More

You certainly become accustomed to your local Chinese. For some people it's difficult trying a new Chinese Restaurant without having the expectation that all Chinese Restaurants, should taste like their local Restaurant. Or, because Chinese Restaurants have the same dishes on their Menu, they should have a certain flavour. I find it difficult when I read reviews on Chinese Restaurants... More

This restaurant has been in Port for the 40 years or so I have been visiting and have dined in here a few times, the place hasn't really changed inside, the décor is very 70's but the food is good old fashioned western style chinese, in all the years I have been visiting I have never had a bad meal,... Ordered our meals in advance over the phone so very little wait time which was great. Unfortunately our meals lacked a real Chinese flavour. The satay chicken was not good as it had no peanut taste and was bland. The entrees were generous but again lacked flavour after deep frying. Will now look at alternate Chinese restaurants.

Terrible food 🥘....over cooked spring rolls with mush inside , thick chicken chow mien , dry fried rice with soy sauce overload and crispy skin chicken .....think they went to IGA for BBQ chicken and just chopped it up ! 5year old Grandson said on first bite " I don't like it ...it's not like normal Chinese" Can't understand other... We went to this restaurant for dinner, between our entree and main meal it took over an hour to get, after we asked where our dinner was. It seems the take away was on more of the priority list. Even though they were getting complaints about the waiting time for takeaways as well. The restaurant was no where near full.... More

We went there for dinner on a Friday night. Waitress was very nice and obliging.the entrees were very good and of large size and came out very quickly. Than we had over 1 hour wait on our mains. They seemed to be more focused on the take away customers. The restaurant was not full by any means only about 4... More
