We visited this restaurant as it was close to our motel and as it was my husband's birthday was willing to pay a little extra. Must admit I did have ribs and they were gorgeous -- but why on earth are they charging more than prices of restaurants in Sydney I could not tell. I could understand if the restaurant... More

Our family ate here for dinner one night while in Dubbo. The meals were fabulous. A wide selection to choose and something for everyone in the family, even fussy children. The restaurant is nicely set up and has a nice ambience. Not too big to loose the feel. Well worth dining here.

Celebrated my daughters birthday at The Lions Pride and the staff were very accommodating with our big group. The food was great although the menu is reasonably small. Table service was prompt considering the restaurant was very busy over the Easter break. Lovely outdoor eating area for nice nights. Only criticism was the restaurant was very noisy.

Pub fare, handled the family crowd well, kids meals and kids desserts exactly what works. The normal meals were a bit more expensive than I would have thought reasonable for the quality and medium rare was way over done for my steak - which I mentioned when asked but it was quickly ignored. Chose the nachos or something less precise... More

Had dinner tonight on our last night in Dubbo. Restaurant wasn't that full & we were seated easily. Drinks arrived quickly, did order taken & out kids got colouring in! The food arrived without too much waiting and was tasty & hot. I had beef nachos and it was good. Hubby had chicken schnitzel which looked crispy & well-cooked. He... More

Family and friends celebrated Brandon's 21st birthday.Although the service was a little slow the food was hot and delicious. The menu selection was wide and the meal size good. The venue was a little warm and somewhat noisey but the staff were friendly and patiently managed our bill separately for each guest.

I had the 400g rump steak and it was very tough I couldn't finish, other than that the rest of our order was nice

It was with much anticipation that we booked our table for Friday night. They do have a disclaimer in their menu regarding availability of ribs - so I part expected to be disappointed which I was - but it was the beginning of the weekend -not the end of a busy one. I ordered oysters (a chefs special) they were... More
