Came as a group for a BYO. For $30 you get all you can eat, the corkage for your wine and dessert. Such a cool little place that was packed! We thought the line was huge but it moved really fast and the idea of making your own stirfry using ingredients and flavours that you pick is awesome. They have... More

The concept of creating your own meal and watching it get cooked is pretty cool, but be prepared to wait! They only had one chef on so it took awhile to actually get to the cooking stage. This restaurant has been around for a long time and the dated faded furniture certainly reflects this. Service is friendly and it's extremely... More

Food was pretty good as usual, but not cleaning the cooking surface gives you a strong taste of chili if the people before you had it... We ordered desserts, but after waiting half an hour the waiter said he hadnt told the kitchen. Not good . So, food would be 7:10 Price 8:10 Quality 6:10 as didn't keep food full.... More

The best way to eat here is to do their buffet style dinner. You choose what you want to eat from their buffet style selection and then watch their chefs cook it for you. An array of sauces and spices enable you to enjoy many different varieties of taste. You will definitely want to go back for seconds or even... More

Great place to visit with family or couple for the special occasion. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Very cheap place to dine. Recommend going Monday to Thursday then it less busy and you don't have to wait long for food to me cooked. I recommend this place to anyone.

Ten of us went here for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is nicely decorated and seems to be popular with locals. It is a good Mongolian type meal. You can go back for seconds, thirds, etc. There are a wide variety of choices including meat, vegetables and sauces. It cost $20 NZD ($15 USD)for the all you can eat meal.... More

Slow food at its best. Take your time, go back for seconds or thirds. Experiment with the different sauces on offer.

We went to this Mongolian barbecue restaurant for dinner. We could select the items like vegetables, noodles chicken, or lamb etc and cooking oil, sauce and masala altogether collected in a bowl and given to the chef. He would then cook it over an iron plate right in front of you and your meal is ready in five minutes. Add... More

Mongolian Bar-B-Ques (although originating in Taiwan), have very disappointingly become a rarity in New Zealand. Rather puzzling, given the continual crowds that appear to frequent the one found in Wellington. They are also absolute exceptional value for money given that you pay for only a little more than a gourmet burger, and you get to eat as much as you... More
