We arrived and they were packing up but still allowed us to sit outside in the sun to eat while they packed the tables away. So many fabulous looking cakes and cheesecakes to choose from! It was really hard to narrow the choice to just one! If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place for you!

We were excited to eat here however much to our dismay, our food and drinks took very long to come out. Eventually we got our drinks, an iced coffee and a berry smoothie, both of which we struggled to drink due to the ice chunks that were in them. They were not ice cubes, but chunks which had not been... More

Was on a cruise recently stopped off in Napier for a short time as destination port, was looking at places to eat and came across Cappadonna, this place is amazing the best coffees and bagels and caters for people with allergies. The two girls who served us was I think one was the owner, very friendly and helpful and once... More

Had breakfast (bacon butties) here in Nov 17. Never had bacon butties like these before - absolutely wonderful! Flat White coffee came out suspiciously quickly after ordering, but tasted fine.

We ate here when we first arrived in Napier and the food has a different taste to it. I loved it (Big Breakfast) but my partner not so much (burger) It wasn't expensive and the service was fast, I would visit again

8 of us visited for lunch - extremely slow and orders mixed up & forgotten. Staff not apologetic and full of excuses which didn't stack up. Food ok when we finally got it but more than an hour between first & last meal coming out. Wouldn't go back.

Sorry to write a bad smoothie experience, but the smoothie they served to me was not good. A mixed berry smoothie should have mixed berries. There was little evidence of mixed berries in the smoothie. There was syrup (not necessary in a smoothie), and ice and delicious. But this is only one small item they serve and maybe other experiences... More

We had a visit to Napier recently and surprised how big the choices were at Cappadonna. The food on the shelves had much to offer and make choices hard because of the quality and look. The value was outstanding and the setting in the center of the city was just the right place to relax.

Came on 11th Jan - ordered chicken & plum filo roll. Was halfway through before I found any chicken - once found flavours were good but so little chicken - very disappointing for $7.95.
