had a lovely dinner (not a huge selection though) - staff very friendly - but restaurant decor is tired it needs updating - such a beautiful setting right on the beach this should be Gisborne's premier seafood restaurant

Eggs Benedict gluten free. Rather large portion. Very tasty but did suggest bacon detracted from taste as it was very salty. Constructive criticism was welcomed. The coffee was good and was served hot. Had a chat with the new management who was very keen to...More

I realize that this Restaurant is under new Management , (June 2018) one reason for our visit, I must suggest that the food was average given that the asking prices were really over the top in relation to the local scene, one can only imagine...More

Considering where it is located, and the fact that it really isn’t anything to catch your eye from the roadside, the menu was very 5-start quality and variety. Great portion sizes for the pricing and some killer deserts! Not the cheapest eats in town, but...More

A great place to stop for lunch on a sunny day. It reminded me of many such places I have been to on the coasts in the US. Great views of the beach and a great menu. Oh, yeah the food was also very good!
