Found the hotel disappointing as they clearly cater for men especially in the front - sports bar. Had a meal at outside area which was good.

This is a big sprawling country pub but when we visited, twice, there was hardly a soul there. On the 2 occasions I ate there, the food was ok, but you couldn't say more than that. In an era when pub grub is normally good to excellent, the Roey falls well short of the mark.

Partner and I enjoyed the 2 for $40 steak and ribs deal. Food arrived at table promptly, tasted great. Plenty of seating. Typical small town pub. Relaxed atmosphere.

Not a nice place to have a drink. I'm not a fussy person but wish I hadn't gone there. It needs a lot of work done on it and nicer staff

there is the old bar with bar with plenty of blue collar workers and skimpy barmaids or the trendier side of the Roey, a good experience to see the old and new

The beers we had sitting in the shade outside the hotel were fantastic. We saw a few people eating lunch, and the meals looked very good, too.

We can enjoy fine dining and have done so many times. However, sometimes we just want an honest meal - straightforward fresh food...good value is a bonus. Roeys did just that. Going for a late lunch when it was quiet, my husband had lamb shanks - OK a bit too big but meat falling off the bone and tasty. I... More

Grilled barramundi, chips and salad were delicious. That was Friday's lunch special. The roast on Sunday for $19.90, would be worth a try.

We had a few meals here. The menu had a good range of dishes to select from and the seating was well spaced, you didn't feel as if your conversation was intrusive to the other patrons. We especially enjoyed the lamb shanks with mash. My only complaint would be that the charge of $4 for the small serve of so... More

After staircase to the moon at Broome town beach had a nice steak with garlic prawns at the Roey and watched a bit of West Coast v Hawthorn AFL. Steak was tasty but a bit chewey. Prawns were tasteless (but aren't all prawns tasteless these days).
