Ate here on a Monday evening mainly because a birthday fell on that day and not many restaurants are open on that night. The food was excellent and creative and the wine list is extensive and reasonably priced (an excellent Montolpulciano red for $80). Service...More

Always a lovely spot for a drink. Sitting outside in nice weather is always enriching, especially with the benefit of a cleansing bone dry riesling. It’s a 3.5. Recommended.

This is the restaurant to come to when you want to treat yourself. The restaurant has a refined elegance, with high vaulted ceilings and white linen tablecloths. The service is excellent. I had the pork belly, which melted in my mouth.

I took my parents here while holidaying in Melbourne and I wasn't at all disappointed. Excellent and personable service - genuine, with good conversation, and still giving us space - very attentive. Food was wholesome and perfectly done. Not pretentious. Flavours well balanced. My dear...More

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, charming, skilled, knowledgeable staff and decor which is reminiscent of a 1930s Europe. A restaurant with both wonderful food and charming decor is a real treat. My family enjoyed Syracuse immensly and just wish we were Melbournians so we could dine...More

Located between Collins Street and Little Collins Street near Williams Street this beautiful building which used to be a bank houses a nice restaurant for that special night out. Polished boards, high ceilings with a central chandelier provide an excellent backdrop for this restaurant which...More
