Revisiting this lovely restaurant in Carlton, just North of Melbourne was an excellent experience. There were 4 of us and we each enjoyed really superb French food, served efficiently yet in a wonderful relaxed French way. Our waitress was French and charming and we could have been somewhere in France. Paris Go is one of the few remaining BYO's in... More

We had a lovely night here - the food was excellent, we had the fish dumplings in prawn sauce and the sardines to start and then we both had steaks (different ones) both of which were perfectly cooked as requested. They have a blackboard with specials which are explained to you as well as the menu. They have an excellent... More

Folks are very nice at this rather small restaurant in Carlton. The duck is a fabulous dish. have also enjoyed fish and oysters there. you can bring your own wine or order from their list.

Paris is amazing, but if you cannot get there, Paris Go Bistro is close to the next best place to go for French cuisine. The waiting staff with their French accents were very attentive and helpful. My partner (who has been several times) once again enjoyed the Omellette aux truffes (Black Truffle Omellette) and I thoroughly enjoyed the Poivron Farcie... More

We visited Paris Go for a belated low key birthday dinner with my daughter and partner. The service was excellent- attentive but not intrusive. Our French waitress was lovely, and was very patient when we were to last people to leave the restaurant. We all chose one of the specials, handmade seafood gnocchi, chicken roulade, and a very tender lamb... More

Paris Go is our favourite restaurant in Melbourne. It offers many of the traditional French dishes and they are invariably delicious. The staff are all French speaking [in addition to English of course] and are consistently friendly and delightful. The ambience is excellent and the prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant is licenced but it also offers BYO.
