What a great off the path place. While it is American styled there is nothing greasy here. Great food, vibrant environment & atmosphere. Good service. Did I mention coffee was great! Will come back

Haven’t had good coffee during my visit to Melbourne when I finally found what I was craving for. Strong and smooth coffee. Our breakfast was good and full filling

I was in Melbourne so had to tick the box and do the Cafe Brunch. Reviews have indicated that Bowery to Williamsberg was hot. The place had great energy, personality and so did the food. I've ordered GOOD MORNING CUBANO and everything on the plate...More

I had the reuben and my wife had the turkey club. Both sandwiches were large and tasted great. Coffee was good. Unfortunately they have a 10% surcharge on the weekend which is a definite downside. If it wasn’t the best sandwich in the CBD I...More

We stumbled upon Bowery to Williamsburg down the little side street of Oliver Lane. There was a bit of a wait for a table but the time went quickly and we had takeaway coffees whilst we waited. As we saw the breakfasts coming out we...More

Food is good and creative but coffee is mediocre and weak. Beware of weekend surcharge cause they won't tell you!

Not only was the food delicious but the coffee was awesome too. I won't say too much - just go there and try it, everything was divine!!

This is good spot for a sandwich and some excellent takes on NYC classic deli dishes. This is exactly what you’d get in a Melbourne cafe in NYC, rather than a pastiche of a NYC deli proper. But the mashup works well and the staff...More

Great coffee, excellent food, excellent prices. We found this place on Instagram and stopped in for an enjoyable brunch. The staff were incredible friendly and made the experience what it was. We really enjoyed our brunch.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

Hi my name is Chloe Buhler and I am currently studying food and hospitality as a year 12 subject. I was wondering if you'd be able to answer a few questions to assist in my investigation on how American cuisine is impacting Australian restaurants. Feel free to skip any questions. 1. Would you consider your restaurant to be American style? (In terms of food, appearance, theme) 2. Do you believe your restaurant menu is influenced by American cuisine? (In terms of food items, flavours, presentations, ingredients, portion size) 3. If so, is there a particular part of America that has influenced you restaurant? 4. Would you consider it a positive or negative thing that some restaurant menus are influenced by American cuisine? 5. Do your customers leave mostly positive or negative reviews about your food? 6. What would you say customers appreciate the most about American style food? (In terms of taste, smell, portion size, presentation) 7. Would you/do you prefer American style food over other cultures? If so, why? 8. What type of foods that Australian restaurants sell, would you consider American style? 9. What about those items makes them American style? (In terms of taste, smell, portion size, presentation) 10. Do you believe the American theme will spread and grow throughout Australian restaurants? 11. If so, why? Thank you for taking the time to help me and I hope you have a great day!

Since 2013, Bowery to Williamsburg (B2W) has combined the best of America in a refined style, and surroundings that Melbournians have come to expect. The classic New York City’s diner style joint is an homage to the NYC Bowery subway station. The venue can seat 60, with a large communal table inside and undercover cafeteria-style tables outside, as well as plenty of smaller cozy spots for something more private, weather it be for brunching, casual coffee sipping or for quickly scoffing a bagel before rushing off to your next destination. B2W is also available for your office catering needs.
