I had lunch with a friendon a Friday before going overseas on a holiday. I choose the Queso Flameado which was different and very good. It was a molten spicy chorizo and cheesy dip served with corn chips and guacomole. The place was very quiet...More

The food was delicious and there is plenty of variety (although don’t expect to see the usual suspects of an ordinary Mexican restaurant on the menu!) The drinks were very expensive but they were still delicious. It’s very crowded and noisy but I guess that...More

This place was very random! We stumbled across it as it was rather busy and seemed to have a good vibe, we were right! We stayed here for some cocktails on a Thursday night and some bites to eat. The Guacamole was great! HUGE portion,...More

Situated in the centre of Melbourne. The restaurant easily dealt with our large party, two of whom were vegetarians. A great atmosphere, superb Mexican food , great beers and good service. Noisy and fun!

The food is seriously overpriced for what is essentially street food and the drinks are also expensive. The nachos came with a mountain of flavourless quacamole. We shared a selection of tacos which were all average - everything lacked any seasoning or real flavour. We...More

Happy is between 4 & 6, so I missed that. Went for a tap beer, Doss Blockos Pale Ale instead. Cheap but good. We had chicken and lamb tacos to share, lamb was the better of the 2. Croquettes were really tasty, Jalapeños were not...More

Snuck in on a Friday night and managed to get a table for two. The food was unreal, everything presented nicely and it was just food that made you feel great. Service was great as well, nice and friendly and happy to help out. Thanks...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary

throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
