I visited the Coal Cellar + Grill at the Adelaide Hilton for a work function. The conversation was convivial and free flowing, which was just as well because the food took an eternity to arrive (despite the group selecting from a limited menu). When it...More

Enjoyed a good steak and a fine pinot noir, staff were attentive without being over the top, if you do not wish to venture from the hotel then grill is well worth a visit.

After one hour and a half (and a lot of complaining trying to speed the service up), we got avarage food totally not worth the price nor the wait. No attention whatsoever from waiters. Definitely not coming back.

Good quality dining as one would expect at the Hilton. An extremely good range of dishes. Breakfast Burcher Mueseli in little pots is excellent quality, although expensive as a single buy item. Good range of beverages - hot and cold. Its not a 'cheap eat',...More

I'm guessing the wine maybe specially imported from Germany by the hotel chain. Try 'google'. Good luck!
