The location of this restaurant on the harbour, looking out across the inlet is excellent. They floodlight a small area of the water at night so you can see the fish. You can see the Groper being fed at 5pm. The food was first class and they were more than happy to change one item for another on the seafood... More

This place is a MUST! My husband and I came here to eat twice on our honeymoon. The food is truly amazing. All our dishes were exceptional, wait staff and service were of the highest standard. We were very impressed! And would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you On the Inlet

George the Groper would be proud of the food and service that goes with his current home at the Inlet. The Spanish Mackerel was the best in Port Douglas and sitting overlooking the estuary was amazing.

Whilst the view was beautiful my husband and I didn't feel the quality of the food was quite worth the price, I had pretty high expectations given the outstanding reviews and recommendations from family and friends so I left a little disappointed. Staff were friendly enough and as I mentioned the view was lovely.

We had a beautiful dinner. We were late and missed the sunset. Though excellent fresh seafood the Singapore chilli mudcrab was the best. Excellent service, great wine list and reasonably priced. Would eat there again

Our hotel booked us a 7:30 pm reservation. We got there closer to 8 pm as it's very difficult to find this restaurant (very back of the wharf area). Our starters were good - haloumi cheese and calamari were very delicious. Unfortunately, our steak mains were lackluster and they rushed us out before dessert. It was empty to begin with... More

Really relaxing & food was great , didn't get to see the resident famed Groper that visits for a feed daily at 5pm but did see lots of stingrays, just beautiful when the sun is going down!

We ate at One the Inlet after returning from on of our GBR dive trips. I had booked well ahead and ask for a table with a great view. Well, wow, what a view! We ate our delicious Singapore Chilli Mud Crab entre to the sight of the huge resident Grouper cruising for scraps below us and then a parade... More

Love this!! It really is quite entertaining to read such a different perspective on the OTI experience ;) Seafoodie interpretations of James Bond plots are taking over my imagination! Better go get some waterside insiprtation ;) More

We ordered the prawns, pork belly and OTI oysters. Prawns were very fresh and tasty. Pork belly was good, perhaps not what you would term spectacular, but yummy enough. The OTI oysters were excellent, to the point my partner, who doesn't like oysters, had half the plate. Grab a seat around sunset, enjoy the relaxed setting and savour the food.... More
