We stopped in here for dinner, and I had also eaten here on a previous visit to Port Douglas. I must admit I am a sucker for Irish pubs and usually manage to pop in to any I see for a beef and Guinness pie, and a half pint of Guinness. I was not disappointed with my meal and drink,... More

So everywhere has an Irish bar, some are good, some are not. This one is good ! The staff are great and run the bar well, menu is good as well. They have something on every night which gets a decent crowd of all ages and types, from the backpackers ( all of who we've met have been wonderful /... More

Well rocked up Saturday to watch the footy. They put our game on one of the tellies for us even though they hadn't planned to. We where a little late for a meal but the kept the Kitchen open for us. The barman was very busy BUT even so he really looked after us (Irish guy with a beard-nice given... More

We stopped here twice while shopping in Port Douglas. Both timese we were there, they were just opening so we had to approach the bar for drinks. I am pretty sure that they have staff later in the day, but it would have made for a better experience. Also, on our third morning, we were too early for bloody marys... More

I enjoyed a roast for $15 and my husband ordered the 350g steak ($35) which was surprisingly small. Definitely had shrunk a lot !! And not worth the price. The pleasant music was enjoyable while we ate.

Went there for Lunch and ordered Fish and Chips. My Fish tasted a bit fishy on one end. Serve was generous but the salad was a bit bland so the Pea mash which had No taste at all. Service was friendly. We are not too keen on irish music but its a personal choice. We were sitting outside and the... More

Just had lunch here. Good service and freshly cooked starter and main course x2. Lamb shank was great, as was salt and pepper ribs. We also enjoyed the calamari, great portion and taste. Plus the chicken schnitzel dish was a real appetite filler. All topped off with a shandy and a great Guinness. A really good pub/restaurant with everyday food... More

We visited this Pub on a Friday night so it was decently busy and had live entertainment with an Irish flavour. The service was friendly and efficient. I ordered a Guinness Pie with vegetables on the side but it arrived with salad and chips so they bought me vegetables as well. I was surprised at how delicious the pie was... More
