We had brunch there recently and were quite satisfied with the food and service. Like all of the Racecourse Road area parking on a weekend morning can be at a premium. Café offers inside or outside seating. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Food served...More

We have dined at journey cafe for the past five years when staying in Brisbane. We ordered the signature breakfast board now served on a plate. The corn fritters were delivered separately in a bowl with a hurried apology. These were cold hard and stodgy....More

Thank you for your review. We agree this is unacceptable, and we have taken steps to address this. We have had some staff changes recently, and a couple of new chefs in the kitchen, and this also includes some inexperienced staff. Unfortunately the senior had...More

Undercooked eggs, burnt toast, not consistent in what you get, one breakfast came with spinach leaves the other didn’t - did not ask for this! Must be under new management as this place used to be brilliant, not visiting again sorry.

We had a reasonably large group for lunch on Saturday and commend the staff on their friendly, attentive service. The food was tasty and arrived in a timely way. Thank you for an enjoyable meal.

Hi Leanne, I'm very sorry to hear your report. You didn't say what time you were in on Sunday - but were were very busy from 9am to 11am, so there may have been some delays. That however is not an excuse. I do apologise...More

We were really looking forward to a coffee on the way home to Noosa, so we were dissapointed with the 3 very poor quality coffees that were served. The cow's milk tasted off and it was scorched. The soy milk coffees were disgusting too. But...More
