This is one of my favorite pubs. Had the pie, and a couple of pints of Guinness. Service was quick, food as good for pub food.

There was 10 of us arrived to have tea we got put way around in the dark on a big long table needed our phone torches to see the menu and no one else was dining where we were seated. The food was extremely disappointing and the service - food way overpriced none of us enjoyed our meals one of... More

Met some colleague there after work firstly for a few drinks and then a bite to eat. Service was good for drinks and accessible. We sat outside to enjoy the weather and enjoyed also watching other groups enjoying themselves. Having stayed longer than we thought we decided to order pizzas because these were good for a group, these were quite... More

Bumped into friends from Melbourne by chance and met here at this lively restaurant. Sat outside in the balmy Queensland night and enjoyed a salad and pizza, and quite a few glasses of wine. Great service, good food, and reasonably priced.

This place appears to go on forever. Three or four outdoor areas. 3 or 4 indoor areas. Live music on a wednesday night. Smoking areas. Heaps of food options. Sit Down and eat or nibbles at your table. The imitation British pub architecture is pretty good too.

Wandered into this eatery with girlfriends and we were blown away by the service and the quality of the food. We all shared various dishes and did not have one dud! We ate in the restaurant section rather than the pub section and were really well attended to. Great place to eat, laugh and share stories

Three of us decided to celebrate our birthdays together and chose the Pig n Whistle at Riverside. None of us had ever eaten at any of their restaurants before. Unfortunately a very large, filthy cockroach raced around our plates and around our drinks and forced us to evacuate the booth at light lightning speed. The screams were enough to alert... More

The most craziest thing I've ever heard... a dozen oysters is $38 if you want all kilpatrick or all natural.. but if you want half and half it's $46.. just because.

Great food and good atmosphere. Normal pricing of meals for a pub as well as drinks. Good service. The night we were there had a singer who had a great song list. Very enjoyable night.
