Very disappointing meals for all six of us. Portions were small and expensive. Food was very bland. Duck was $38.00, two small breasts with no sides. Pastas had no flavour. Chicken breast was overcooked. This was definitely our worst meals we had in Brisbane. Don't waste your time or money eating here.

This restaurant has a great location, being right on the waterfront and convenient to our accommodation at the Kingsford Smith Hotel. Menu was good, not great with typical Italian fare and a strong selection of pizzas. Seemed a little overpriced to me, at best only fair value. Some might say cheap on the toppings. Tasty. Service very good. The feeling... More

Authentic Italian. Has that Italian feel to the decor, functional and friendly. The wait staff, predominately Italian and young are friendly and attentive. The food is good, not the best but good. Servings are ample but not large. The wine list is extensive and expensive. Being Italian, it can be loud but that adds to the atmosphere. We've been here... More

Once again a visit to Brisbane was not complete without a visit to this wonderful restaurant. Service was attentive. Food was delicious. Hot olives as an appetiser are always good.Ravioli was a highlight. Children's menu was well received. GF pizza was fantastic. Thank you once again.

Very nice setting, in a funky end of town. The food was delish... a bit pricey, but the service and setting was good. The pizzas were quite good..

Gusto de Gianni's is suitable for lunch for 2 of dinners for 30! We have been to both here and they didn't disappoint. The food is uncomplicated, fresh and beautifully prepared. It's everything Italian food should be. Service is great also:)

We thought getting there early and not many people would get us our meals quite quickly but we were wrong. After a long wait the meals were well below average, seafood smelt and tasted like it had been there for a month, raviolli was bland and tasteless, risotto was watery and had no taste at all - the only decent... My partner took me here for Valentine's and we had the Valentine's Day set meal. The oysters were fresh and the barramundi was pretty decent. The lavender and mirtilli brulee was lacklustre, sadly. Overall, everything was pretty decent but nothing really stood out for me. This may just be a once off though, we might come back for another foray... More

Had meatballs and pizza - both very salty. Warm red wine in a stemless tumbler. Wait staff interested only in praise, not feedback. Unlikely to improve.
