Though it was a prepaid Travel agent booked Restaurant , the services were too good. We had Indian flavour in everything they cooked and the chef was open to last minute suggestions as well. Seating was a little congested though. BYO wine.

The service doesn't exist in that restaurant, you have to stand up so they could serve you. And then they threat you like if they are making you a favor. Then when you want to pay, they are nowhere to be found. The food wasn't that bad. I 100% recommend you not to go to this restauran

I returned to Vrindavan to order, once again, the palak paneer that I ate on the previous visit. It is the best version of this dish that I have had in Sydney. The spinach base has a delightful and delicious taste that brought me back. I was not disappointed. Not only is the food memorable, but the owner brought charm... More

We are visiting Sydney from the States, and on every trip we will frequent Indian restaurants. We had heard that the owner/chef was someone that we were familiar with some twenty years ago. We were not disappointed at all with the menu, quality, portion and value of our meal. His preparation of entree's, non vegetarian and vegetarian, are as good... More

When we saw the entrance we were wary. The decor was dated and the advertising a bit over the top. Yet the poorly dressed waiter provided polite and helpful service. Then all the food was well above average. The palak paneer, the chicken and the goat had been cooked so that the spicing was layered rather than a single taste. The... More

I am staying at the Goldsbrough Oaks and am walking distance from Vrindavan. I have ordered dinner at 4 different times, and a different preparation every time. I must say the food is very (very) good! The chef (Amit) often interacts with the customers. In fact when I was in the restaurant he delivered food to our table himself and... More

This was the second trip on which I have visited Vrindavan. I have been coming to Sydney for work in January for the past 7 years...I discovered this little gem last year when I first stayed at the Oaks Goldsbrough Apartments...and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the highly personalized service...Amit, who is the chef and I believe, the owner as... Read some pretty ordinary reviews about this restaurant's staff and Décor so had low expectations of both. But our whole experience here was great. The restaurant itself is simple in style, but the staff were very helpful and attentive. At the end of the delicious meal, the chef came out to ask our opinions, and was happy to discuss the...
