Definitely a different concept and one for BBQ lovers. I had the NY Strip (the Sydney cut) and followed the grill instructions, which led to a perfect steak for me. A range of good sides and sauces. We chose to eat outside in the covered,...More

If you like steak cooked your way, then go to Phillips Foot. The meat and salads are great, with plenty of options for cut of meat. And best of all, you get to cook it yourself while enjoying a wine or beer.

We were lost in the Rocks, stumbling around looking for a place to have dinner. Came across Phillip’s Foote. It looks very much like a pub from street-side so we sort of expected pub-food when we reviewed the menu. Wellll, no. Turns out that its...More

This spot is right in the heart of The Rocks so prices are higher due to the tourist foot traffic. We came here for a group dinner early one Sunday and it's a cook your own protein place. This sounds like fun, but for a...More

The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and

buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney,
Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi
