Time warp back to the nineties when restaurants were this way in Hong Kong. Special purposely dated fittings and furniture. Same staples done the old fashioned way. Rather thick skinned har gau, but others done OK. The cart ladies come at you thick and quick,...More

Went for an early morning Yum Cha today around 10:30 with friends. We were all really looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were served 5 cold dishes out of 10. Off different carts. The response was to take the dishes out the back, heat them...More

I have been eating at the Marigold for years and really loved going there. On a recent visit its seemed to be losing its edge. While the flavours are still there and the service is fast, a number of dishes were not put together as...More

My first experience of yum cha, so I can't compare it, but I had a good time and liked the food. It helped that we had someone experienced ordering for us. A wide selection to choose from and very good for large groups.

Certainly a fun place to eat with a group of people however it doesn't seem as good anymore, it's basically overpriced poor quality food. Definitely won't be going back, on a good note the service is outstanding.

Went here on Saturday for yum cha and our party of three were not overly fussed by the food or the experience. Little variety and food cold. Trolleys rarely came past. It was 1pm but I still expected it to be much better and have...More

Tiger-flanked archways on Dixon Street mark the
entrance to the “little Asia” of Sydney. A walk
through Chinatown is a feast for the senses where
aromas, tastes, sounds and visions of dancing tigers
transport you to a different world. Chinatown visitors
can expect a melting pot of Asian food at the
neighbourhood's specialty delis and groceries. From
yum cha to handmade noodles, BBQ ducks hanging in the
