A friend and I dined here before seeing a show at the Lyric Theatre. We were both thrilled with our meals, the service was excellent and it was such good value for money. They made sure we were finished with time to spare before the show.

I went here with my partner for his birthday with a deal from groupon, and we didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised! Food very nice and fresh, staff very nice and attentive, always smiling! They also offer very good deals for lunch and their portions are really generous! To try: salmon roulade and pan fried salmon! And snails if... More

First time visit and we came with a Groupon voucher. Really good set menu selections which looked well balanced off the page. Service was excellent, attentive, quick, accurate and friendly. These wait staff are very good at their art. Food came out quickly, fresh, and really tasty. Can't flaw the place, I'd highly recommend and I'm off back to Groupon... More

My husband and I visited here after I bought a Groupon voucher for two people. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were excellent - friendly, polite and efficient. The food was excellent - the beef was the standout for me, beautifully cooked. Overall an excellent night and we will be back. Good job to... More

Wow!!! What a dinner we had here... We used a Scoopon voucher which enabled each of us to enjoy a 3 course meal including one drink each. (Which is awesome value!) Each course we had was really delicious and the presentation was amazing!!! What was even better was the time it took for each course to reach our table! In... More

We stayed at an airbnb at Darling One residential apartments and kept walking past the delicious smells outside the Little Snail restaurant. On our fourth night (a Friday), my wife and I finally decided to visit for dinner but didn't have a booking so we had to go somewhere else (Blue Fish at Harbourside - a great meal there!). Just... Good value for voucher and food arrived quickly. Staff: efficient and very friendly. Return? Probably not. Lots of other places to visit in Syd... More

There are not a lot of French restaurants around, and a lot of people think French food is too heavy and rich, but when it's cooked correctly it's amazing! Delicious traditional French dishes, escargot of course! Pate, squid, bouillabaisse, duck, beef, profiteroles and Creme caramel, to name a few! All delicious!! Very friendly, welcoming staff and great value! Especially the... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
