Recommended to us by our hotel. We made the short walk and it was worth it. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Our waiter even recommended we cancel one of our dishes as it would be too much food - he was right. Salt & Pepper prawns were awesome. Will definitely visit again.

Ate in a private dinning room. I've honestly had better seafood in China for a fraction of the price. This restaurant desperately needs a makeover.

Good food but very poor service. Yesterday my friends and I went to the restaurant and ordered prawn hot pot. The waitress took the wrong order and gave us crab hotpot. After we returned the dish, she insisted we ordered crab hot hotpot, and she told manager that we lied. WHY SHOULD WE LIE ABOUT IT!!?? Eventually they took the... More

We came for lunch and didn't expect that they had yum Cha, but they do and it was great. It isn't an extensive yum cha menu but has all the popular stuff. As we had 6 people we got a lot of yum Cha baskets and 3 dishes and 4 entrees. The entrees are great my favourites are the egg... More

Hotel concierge recommended this place. Service poor. Food average. Large portions though. Lots of people eating there. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

Think game is up for these guys. Food is good but place is looking tired and unfortunately service is not up to scratch, especially with the prices they charge. I have been coming here on and off for years but the attitudes of staff has been getting all to familiar. Staff are completely inflexible with menu. My daughter only wanted... More

I landed at 8pm and was not settled and ready to eat until 10pm- that is the only reason I chose to eat here. everything else around close at 10pm and this place is open til 4am. Upon arrival we were ushered upstairs, even though the downstairs section was not busy. We followed the waitress to the back back back... More

Hear that this is where bankers hang out and bring their clients for good Chinese food. Busy and crowded A good selection of dim sum and well known for delicious Chinese cooked seafood, lobster, fresh selection of fish, crabs etc. Good service and convenience of wifi provided. Nearby attractions includes Paddy Market and Darling Harbour

Busy and bustling and always full this reastuarant has the best fresh seafood in Sydney. The service is good and fast. The price is on the expensive side however worth it.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Tiger-flanked archways on Dixon Street mark the entrance to the “little Asia” of Sydney. A walk through Chinatown is a feast for the senses where aromas, tastes, sounds and visions of dancing tigers transport you to a different world. Chinatown visitors can expect a melting pot of Asian food at the neighbourhood's specialty delis and groceries. From yum cha to handmade noodles, BBQ ducks hanging in the window to Asian sweets and bakeries, there is something for all tastes. Paddy’s Markets is the largest flea market in Sydney where you can find souvenirs, clothing, gifts and fruit and vegetables at unbeatable prices. At night, Chinatown comes alive with entertainment including theatre, nightclubs and bars that are open until the early morning.
