I am a dessert buff, sweet tooth and weakness for good ice creams so keep that in mind. I had ferrero rocher ice cream and just loved it. Loved the extra chocolate icing in the syringe and healthy dose of toasted hazelnuts ... loved it overall.

It's fun to watch them make your ice cream even though I've tried something similar before. I went to their store along Dixon St and ordered the Ferrero Reveal as I heard this was their signature flavor. Maybe it was the hype, but I was a little underwhelmed midway as I was eating it. It was still very good, just... More

I had the salted caramel coconut & my wife had the red velvet, the flavours were amazing there was a line up in the street to get in when we had originally walked pass to go to Darling Harbour so on our way back we treated ourselves. The line was only fairly short. & the service was quick. You can... More

Really good gelato, although it's a bit heavy, and it was interesting to see how it's made. The presentation itself was apettizing with the chocolate syringe in it. Worth the visit

The desserts here are made using liquid nitrogen. They are made in front of you and look like a science project. They taste divine. Not cheap but oh so good.

If you ever wanted to see how ice cream is prepared, with flavors you choose (of course from their selection) this is cool place to come and try. We had hard time choosing so we decided to take few extra ice creams and all were just great - from mango, chocolate, coconut flavor... little bit crowded, but its not big... More

We stopped here one evening to try the special ice cream served here. You can see your ice cream being made while you wait. It's an interesting experience for sure if a bit pricey. By the way, the address as listed is incorrect. It is 10 Dixon.

Came here for dessert after dinner. The range of flavours were great. We ended up getting some sort of Creme Brulee gelato and a white choc cookie mugcake gelato. Both were incredibly nice, but the Creme Brulee option was the best of the two. Staff are friendly and watching them make the gelato with the liquid nitrogen and all the... More

We use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze gelato, right in front of your eyes. The result is a smooth, fresh-from-the-churner gelato sundae made just for you. We don't do skinny, fat free desserts. We are shamelessly indulgent and make no apologies..
