The Conservatory Bar is just outside the main restaurant at the Sheraton on the Park so it is a good place to meet for a quick drink before dinner. They make a nice cocktail and it is a friendly place.

WE were staying in the hotel and frequented this bar several times. The staff are very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much of a bother for them. We thoroughly enjoyed drinks with friends as well as a few quiet one by ourselves.

My wife and I wanted a drink and a light meal after an early concert. We arrived around 9.00 pm and found a quiet table near the wall at the northern end of the bar area. We endeavoured to get attention by establishing eye contact, but eventually a wave clinched it. A friendly girl dropped off two menus and kept... More

Service was inattentive and slow - waiting for menu and waaaaiting for service. Low-lit and somewhat pretentious, it was poorly attended for a reason.

Fantastic staff and service. Great cocktails. Lovely atmosphere. Enjoyable entertainment with a singer at the piano who sang a mix of easy listening classics.

Stay warm inside in winter and have a drink outside in summer. Great range of drinks and easy to relax with friends.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
