A perfect casual evening meal with friendly vibes and no pressure. Free flowing crowd without feeling overwhelmed. Fast service with fresh hot food. So much choice. Leave the car at home and check out this hidden gem.

If you want fine dining, book at either Automata or Barzaari in the Old Clare but if you want a vibrant street food atmosphere reminiscent of Singapore, just wander down Kensington Street, so many choices, lots of fun.

We were on a foodie tour of Sydney and Spice Alley was included. With the title I expected to find shops of local and imported spices used in local dishes. Surprise! It is a collection of open air Asian restaurants. We weren’t too impressed.
