We visited this restaurant after reading a review in Qantas magazine. The menu is attractive. It's a cute little restaurant well frequented by locals in an affluent area. For the first course we had calamari (which was nice) and pork and prawn balls. The first ball was cold but the rest were ok. The sauce was nice. As I ate... More

Every time we go to Canberra, we try to get into this place but the last few times it was crowded (we usually go during Floriade). This time we got in and the food was as good as ever - the twice cooked crispy duck was perfect - crunchy but tender, not too much fat, not too salty or oily... More

Live nearby and often pop over for takeaway or eat in. Menu is small but very tasty with an unusual range.. addicted to the curry puffs. Get there before 6. Parking in the area sometimes a problem. Yum Yum

I was impressed with the wide range of choices available. The service was also very good too. I thought the prices for wine were a bit high, but liked that they had local wines.

We visited this eatery on a short trip to Canberra for dinner. We ordered Crispy Chicken with chili hoi sin sauce and pork and tofu in kechap manis with other things. That means my memory for detail is poor. We had a side order of tofu in a gado gado sauce. We found all three dishes to be scrumptious with... More

Food is clean and fresh with distinctive flavours. A good menu with plenty of choice but look at the regular specials which we always go for. The service is quick and staff very professional and attentive cannot wait to return.

Ordered the veggie fried rice once in Oct and once in December. In my most recent order, I found small pieces of black hair in the food. It made me feel sick in my stomach after I ate it both times - unsure of the cause - whether it's too oily, or the ingredients, or the food sanitation practices. Twice... More

Food came out quickly, serves were smaller than many other Asian restaurants so we finished all the food but we were full at the end. Duck rice paper rolls were nice but a lot more bean sprouts than duck. Tasty food, long time establishment can see why.

Visited here with a friend. Got in just in time as there was a bit of a rush at 7pm. Seems to be a locals hotspot. Seafood laksa was awesome. One for those who like a little more heat in their food. Plenty of places around to chose from but would certainly come back again. Reason Mable priced too.

Noticing how many patrons were enjoying their meals on walking past this restaurant one week night, we decided to try it the next. We were fortunate to get a table for 2 outside, but, owing to its popularity, we'd strongly advise booking to avoid disappointment. First timers with Malaysian food & we weren't disappointed. Such delicate but flavoursome food at... More
