We go every year without fail on our annual visit to Italy. Unique history and heritage with a cuisine that is 100% redolent of this special little corner of Liguria. Local fresh everything with a cooking style handed down by generations of women who honed their exceptional skills on the local game, fruita and vegtables. Not to be missed.

We have visited this establishment on a number of occasions when we've been in the area. You never know what's going to be offered up for dinner, but whatever I've chosen I've never been disappointed. Last time my wife and I dined here including a bottle of wine with starters and 2 plates and desert I paid about 50 euros... More

Very good food and fantastic service. I will recommend it! The ravioli is worth to die for. Go there and you get a nice time together with your friends.

Nice, cozy place, excellent service and good food. I can only think of one minor complaint, hardly not worth mentioning; the service was a bit too efficient. One course was replaced with another immediately and it was a bit hard to catch your breath between meals.

We had a lovely meal early in the week and as a result of this we returned for our last evening. Unfortunately, I was taken ill so could not stay for the meal but nevertheless will be returning on our next visit.

Agree with other reviewers you get an authentic, local and family run experience here. The family that runs the restaurant was very nice, and throughout our 4 meals there checked on us regularly to meet our needs. I thought the food was great. Bring your appetite as portions are generous!

Rather large restaurant and an institution in Valle Argentina. In other words a must. Despite they must serve hundreds of people every day, Santo Spirito is very personal and all its dishes are cooked with love. If you tell them that you are vegetarian, they will look at you in horror because they feel they might not have enough dishes... More

I use to visit this restorant every time I visit Triora area, no matter whether it is a summer or wintertime. The owner is always there - full of dignity and at the same time wanting to please the client. I'd recommend vino di casa - light and lovely, exactly what is needed for a lunch. Every time we start... More

Sisters from Australia, we were enchanted to fall into this restaurant on the day of the snails festival. We loved the menu of cold and hot tastings. The service was excellent and sister speaks Italian so was able to translate the pink Tshirts worn by the waitresses - No More Violence For women! What a great cause. We only wish... More

We spent 2 days in Molini Mtn biking and dined her for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The food was authentic Italian. The standouts were the snails and the chicken.

Our hotel restaurant was opened in 1897 by the Great-Grandmother Rosetta on the day of Pentecost. Since then, generations have alternated in the conduct of the room.We offer a daily local cuisine, using the raw materials that come from the family farm The "Tenuta di Meregone." Extra virgin olive oil to flavor our dishes taggiasca annafiandoli with our Ormeasco Pornassio, full-bodied wine and genuine. The menu changes every day depending on what is being harvested in our fields. Our kitchen can not be defined at zero distance, but at three miles, the same distance that separates us from our land. The dining room of the restaurant, like a small family museum, transfers the wealth of remains from the past. From old porcelain dishes to field tools, from the old gramophone to antique radios, pictures and documents in order to go back to a time that is no longer here. There is the cuisine though. That taste of good, which brings us back to the time when, happy children, we used to visit my grandmother in the countryside, has remained untouched . It is not difficult to make tasty dishes when you are not in a hurry; if every day, vegetables from our land, come to natural maturation, arrive on the shelves of the kitchen ... If you try to put your passion before all. When in winter the old American stove warms hands which are numb from the cold, memories of the stories of great-grandmother Chiarina come to mind: when in the morning, at five o'clock, around the stove, dozens of farmers and landowners fed on "Trippe accommodate con fagioli" (tripe with beans) or "Zimino di ceci” (chickpeas soup) or "Mesciuta di legumi” (mixed pulses), before stepping on the diligence, sitting on the mule or (more often) walking for hours to go to the hard work of the fields. Being here after all this time with the same commitment, certainly means not having disregarded the hopes of our ancestors, but above all, we have taken care of your needs for one hundred and fifteen years ... Our longevity is mainly due to the pleasure we feel when we meet your expectations.
