We specifically came here for a nice dinner with a view. We booked the table but came early. The place was still empty when we came, we politely asked to sit where we want and the staff said NO , table is reserved. But It...wasn’t the case as when other people started to come in , they were just picking where they want to sit and that “STAFF” didn’t even say anything. We ordered a meal and we have been served plain meat, It didn’t come with other sides mentioned on their menu that was presented to us. Was supposed to be a special occasion for us , hence the reason why we came, but it was ruined that we just wanted to pay and get out of there. Out of our 10 days holiday in Zakynthos this was by far a place where I CAN NOT recommend . We have been to Keri Lighthouse restaurant and the Cross Tavern in Kampi, and that is a MUST place to dine and wine with nice welcoming staff who would equally make you feel Special. Plus the Most beautiful views to remember for.More

Stopped for lunch there. First thing is the view. Just amazing. We ordered the pork souvlaki. It was maybe the best so far. Meat was seasoned perfect. If you’re close buy go there for a bite. They won’t let you down

The view is lovely, but that’s where it ends! We stopped for a drink while on a day out driving round Zakynthos and where on the lookout for somewhere for dinner in the area. A 30 min stop off here showed us that here was...not the dinner choice for us! On arriving, we asked if we could have a table just for a drink. The greeter wasn’t happy it was just a drink, as he barked back “only drinks” and pointed us to a table. The table was set back from the lovely view, clearly the best tables are for diners only. Fair enough at sunset time…but this was over 2hrs before the more lucrative sunset dinner crowd would arrive. There weren’t many tables in either, I counted 5 other couples so there was plenty of space. The grumpy greeter came back to take our order which was then shouted to a colleague across the restaurant, who shouted it to another. The staff all shouting across the place at each other was a bit of a theme while we were there. As I mentioned earlier, only 5 other couples there, so not like they were shouting to communicate things during a busy or hectic service. It just made the atmosphere strange and at odds with the beauty and peace of the location. Anyway, our drinks arrived after a long wait. My soda order was wrong and my partner’s coffee was drinkable but not much warmer than lukewarm. We decided to move on, but paying the bill at the bar, the guy “serving” us was shouting at a colleague nearby through the whole transaction. Too busy shouting to focus on serving people and giving an enjoyable experience. I can’t comment on the food, but the service and atmosphere is definitely off. The loos were also a bit grim. The location is a draw for tourists so that will always keep people coming…but prepare to be underwhelmed!More

Great place to eat with a view, specially at sunset. The food is great and the wind keeps the heat at bay. But the view is the best part. Worth traveling over here from Zakinthos town.

The sunset view is ok , for few pics from the top and thats all. Crew is worst, no one speaks english , I forgot my bag on the chair at 6 PM restaurant was still empty , we had to leave without eating ,...15 min after I realised I left my bag hanging on the chair , I called and someone already took it ,security cameras aren't pointing at the tables ...like restaurant crew was very tricky and not helpful since , the owner the same money hungry unpleasant subject. Find a better sunset place , there are so many on the island , like Olea or Cave D. ...More

If I could give this restaurant 0 instead of 1, I would. The only thing it has going for it is the view! After arriving and asking for a high chair several times and just getting ignored my friend finally found us one, if it...was left to the restaurant we wouldn't have had one at all. We then sat and waited, and waited and waited for our order to be taken. We had come with a tour and our guide finally had to ask them to take our order, they told him they had been over 3 times and we had said we weren't ready, this is a complete lie. The lady who finally took our order was so utterly rude and should never be working in the service industry. It then took another age for our drinks to finally arrive. I ordered a small carafe of wine and asked for a wine glass for it, I was told they didn't have wine glasses but every other table drinking wine did indeed have wine glasses! After about another 30 mins the starter we ordered arrived, we only ordered 1 starter, something we didn't order was also brought out, we told them we didn't order it and didn't want it. At the same time my partner was then told his main course had sold out. We had asked about children's meals and we was told there wasn't a children's menu but order anything from the main menu and they will do a smaller version, what they didn't say is they will still charge it at full price! When my main arrived the taste was actually quite nice but it was cold, not just a little cold more just taken out the fridge and not heated up cold, at this point we were well and truly fed up and couldn't be bothered with more complaining. When we got the bill the starter we didn't order was on it, as was bread and water that we hadn't ordered, they had just put it on our table. When we spoke to the owner he couldn't have been less interested and he certainly wasn't going to change the bill. They gave the children a free ice cream but this in no way made up for everything else that had happened. They also had the cheek to ask if we wanted to add a tip! The view and the music and dancers were good but not enough to make up for the horrendous experience and treatment we received. We all went away feeling like we had wasted an evening, this is a first I have ever felt like this in Zakynthos. I would not return here if it was free and I was getting paid to do so, they are not at all interested in their customers, they don't employ enough staff either. Please, please avoid this awful place.More

Although place is little crowded, there were still seats for us. We were amazed by the view. Staff is friendly, especially young waitress who even tried to say to us some words in our language. We tried some local food and it was delicious. The...taverna is accompanied with band who played traditional Greek music. Just as we wanted to go, they also preformed some traditional dance. They made us dance with them too and it was amazing experience to dance between tables and all together.More

A family tradition rustic restaurant with a cozy attending, nice traditional food, excellent prices, and a stunning sunset is the west side of the isle. Arrive early because the tour buses will pack the place

This place has a commanding view of the ocean through a valley and that seems like the one thing they count on. We were taken there on a tour like most of the people there and I know from our driver that the guides benefit...from bringing people here - free food for sure. The food is OK but certainly not great. The service is poor - partly because the place holds a large number of guests and they can roll in in waves - not enough servers to handle the load. The owner was really rude when my wife went to pay the bill but disputed that we had received bread and should not be charged for it. We were offered bread but declined it and it was never even put on the table. His comment to this was that was the price of service and everyone gets charged for bread. It was only 4 Euros but his attitude and the poor service (I finally got my beer as we were ready to leave after 40 minutes), plus the huge crowd and average food quality means this is a tourist trap that I would not recommend if you are not on a large tour and you can avoid.More

Excellent taverna situated in a stunning spot, overlooking the turquoise blue waters and sheer cliffs of Kampi Bay. The food matches the excellence of the location. Traditional Greek dishes served with quality local ingredients. The apple pie was homemade. As we had no space for...dessert, we had some to take away. Recommended.More

Probably the most gorgeous restaurant setting I’ve ever been to - very romantic and beautiful. The restaurant itself was lovely but with the sunset backdrop, it took the whole experience to another level. If you like your seafood then definitely go for the platter -...loads for your money and it all tasted delicious. The orange pie for pudding was very nice too.More

We visited for the veiw and sunset but sadly the weather was not kind. As for the restaurant sadly it was dreadful. Food was bland and a salad consisted of cucumber and tomatoes only. Service from all was curt and you just felt like Cattle....Non diners allowed to walk through dining area taking photos it was just ring rude. The views are incredible the food, and service garbage. We have eaten across the island and loved the flavours, sadly no flavours just a sad taste of disappointment.More
