lousy food and unpleasant experience use to be a lovely place with authentic Italian cuisine owned by Italians sadly its changed hands and gone downhill, will not be returning

Just moved to the area, thought we’d give Gall D’oro a try- what a little gem. Lovely friendly atmosphere, straightforward menu, interesting specials and delicious food - what more do you need!!!

Have used this restaurant several times & never been disappointed but the last few visits have been exceptional. The food is delicious, reasonably priced & the staff are lovely. Can’t recommend enough.

Have been to this restaurant multiple times as a family or large group and always have amazing food and brilliant, friendly service.

Booked here for a Sunday Lunch today. Range of food and quality was excellent, and service also excellent. Recommend the steak Diane, mussels, skate, pork roast and seabass. A gem of a restaurant, looking forwards to returning.

My wife and I attended with 16 friends. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff very friendly and the service was very efficient. The food was extremely tasty and hot and the porhtions generous. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

Visited as a party of 8 for early evening meal. Lovely meal as usual. Staff are very pleasant. Thoroughly recommend, especially if you are of an older age group, as you an hear yourselves in this restaurant!

Large selection of dishes on the menu plus a specials board. Prices are competitive. The food is cooked well. The Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate your requirements. They also have a good drinks selection including cocktails. They include some interesting sauces to...accompany some of the dishes. And by simple things I mean a clean and tidy restaurant, polite attentive staff and good food. Best italian in a long time, food was brill, staff were brill, cant fault it. Woukd go there any time and would highly recomend.
