We had never experienced anything like this. Only 2 people to wait on many tables. The mains came out at different times, mostly cold. Just too many people for the number of staff. But the real issue was that I wanted to ask for more wine (for 15 min) and I finally saw the very young waitress standing at the door. I could not get her attention so said 'Excuse Me'. She yelled back "Yes" instead of coming over. I asked her to come over so I did not have to yell back at her. She started yelling at me that "I am not your slave"! So unprofessional. Needless to say the rest of the evening she refused to even come to the table. Will never go back there!

The food was okay. The waitress at the restaurant however was very rude. It was the worst costumer service we’ve had in Italy. My dad is a local too! Our food came 30 minutes late and the waitress treated us badly. She was extremely rude. We addressed that to the owner who did not seem to care. I guess because it peak tourist season they don’t really care about how they treat their costumers. I will not go back. I do not recommend this place!

The food was all fresh and cooked well but lacked a little something. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. My biggest issue was the food lacked a little complexity but then I do know Italians like their seafood very fresh and plain to enjoy the full range of flavours offered by the fish so maybe I’m looking for something that’s isn’t offered.
