Small cosy and nice restaurant close to the seaside.
We went 4 adults and 5 children aged 12-16 for lunch. We had antipasti and one additional course each + 4 desserts + wine and water. Price eur 326.
All dishes we well-made, nicely arranged with amazing taste combinations.
I would definitely go there again, if I got the chance.

We booked for ferragosto dinner (mid summer holiday) and we're excited to taste what Picinin had to offer. Walking past the restaurant each evening we saw fantastic-looking plates and we were hoping they were every bit as tasty as they were enticing.
We were not disappointed. Delicious dishes prepared t9 perfection and explained by the attentive and well-prepared waiters.
The 5 appetisers are a must. Each bite was an experience.
The risotto was stunning and the tuna cooked perfectly.
A perfect night out.

We used this restaurant for takeaway food during Covid lockdown and have eaten in the restaurant twice: once for lunch and once in the evening. The food and service have been consistently excellent, with probably the best prepared tuna steak I have ever tasted. The restaurant specialises in Sardegnan food which is different from the usual Ligurian fayre found in this area and everything we have tried has been delicious and interesting. The young owners and staff are very enthusiastic and friendly and the service is relaxed and efficient. The restaurant is small although it is able to provide for more covers outside on the small terrace area and in the salita. Highly recommended.

We just came back from a visit at Picinin. The food was extraordinarily good! Every dish was special and easy at once. The way the three cooks handle spices and ingredients is just amazing. We startet with linguini with lemony fish ragu, continued with baked fish filled with spinach bedded on mashed potatoes with a little speck. And because everything was so great we decided to go for a dessert, which was also just delicious. The cheese cake is to die for... Don’t miss this place. Best food in Liguria.

Delicious appetizers and excellent main courses. My favorite was the steak tartar with a delicious combination of flavors and textures as well as the exquisitely cooked seafood platter. Samantha and her staff personify everything we love about Italy- beauty, humor and professionalism. Don’t miss this restaurant!

Where to start... After reading the reviews and seeing the good rating my girlfriend and I decided to try this restaurant. Terrible is the word that best expresses the experience we had.
To begin with I asked for the house wine and instead I was brought a bottle (apparently very expensive), the first courses with a terrible quality-price ratio and poorly executed: too salty and the clams that were on the plate made me remember the COVID period because they didn't have any flavor. The main courses barely survived, but the descriptions on the menu did not correspond to the actual presentation of the dish. The side potatoes are brought completely burnt and logically very salty, we ask them to refill them and they come back slightly less burnt but still not good. The place feels cold and we only noticed at the end of dinner that the floor was completely wet due to a water leak in the wall behind us. You can't keep a place in these conditions.
The bathroom also lacked a hook to close the door once occupied.
Finally, I can say that if you like to eat like in the Saline di Volterra, you have found the right place for you.
All for the modest sum of 115 euros, for two.

We ate for lunch in this very nice restaurant in the alleys of San Terenzo. Very good food, and excellent service. We ate with a 10 month old girl and the girl who served us was always very attentive to the little one. In my opinion, the price was fair for what we ate/drank and the location of the restaurant.

Frankly, one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. This is mainly a fish and seafood restaurant. Group of nine. Everything we ate was fabulous and super tasty. Each bite encompassed a rainbow of flavors that were perfect together. It was so good that we came back for another dinner. The service was impeccable as well - warm, inviting, full of patience and humor. Thank you Samantha ! Highly recommend.

We were in San Terenzo for Easter and together with some friends we had lunch in this small typical restaurant.
A good welcome with a knowledgeable and kind waitress, we ate very good mixed starters (fabulous octopus), a calamarata which was also very good and cooked just right and to finish a crunchy and not very greasy mixed fry. Overall we had a very good time and I would like to recommend it to anyone who visits this small Ligurian village.
The only flaw is that the coffee was not up to par with what we ate. Fair portions not abundant, price in line.

I visited this restaurant twice as I was happy with the quality of the food and the service on my first visit.
I had spaghetti with clams and Frito misto on each occasion but I’d say the second meal was not as good as the first. The staff are very pleasant and food is served quickly. San Terenzo does not have a large number of restaurants and looking at reviews of other establishments led me to try this one.

Wonderful seafood and pasta, and a lovely, friendly family ambiance. This is one of two restaurants in Lerici recommended by relatives who spend several months a year in the area. These family-owned places are so welcoming and friendly and the seafood is so fresh. Terrific risotto. A perfect place for a truly Italian experience that cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the world.
