The Asperagus Creme with Gorganzola was one of the best "soups" I have ever tasted. Incredible. It was so good I had to go into the kitchen and hug the chef.
We stayed at Castel bigozzi and was recommended to Futura Osteria and had a lovely meal The owner speak English and explained all the dishes ( also English Menu) Very good pork neck dish with Mustard sauce other very authentic dishes Well worth a cisit
