I will suggest a reservation or go early around 1pm. So many people were turned away as the restaurant was fully booked for lunch by 1.30 pm. Service was quick and food worth it.
This is a classic, old-fashioned establishment, which means it knows what it's doing and does it well. I had the menú: a salad to start, then boar (jabalí) and a local red wine. All delicious. Service was friendly and prompt.

Located 10 minutes from Jaca, on the south side of the valley with superb views of Pyrenees. Attractive inside and outside. Friendly owner and wife. Clean, modest size rooms. Minimal breakfast, by American standards, but enough to get you going.
