Like an Italian pizza

This chain restaurant has kept on it's style and also delicious pizza's. After my recent Italian visit I just wanted to taste & compare with those original (Italian) one's. I prefer original, but Classic Pizza offered quite near & tasty food.

Amazing pizza!

Would definitely recommend this reasonably priced restaurant (for Helsinki!). The pizza was phenomenal and you have to try their special dessert; pizza base, nutella, bananas, strawberries and ice cream! Whilst trying to protest on health grounds (in a pizza restaurant!) that we shouldn't have this dessert, I am now a convert and will definitely put my family's health to one side if ever offered this again!

Good pizzas, often fully pakced with guests

The restaurant is often full and one must wait for a while to be seated. Food is great and I like especially the waitresses´s shirt with "Sorry, no kebab" slogan written on the back of the shirts.

One of the worst I’ve ever had

Really not a good pizza. Service was OK, but my pizza experience won’t allow to change the 1 star because of that. They claim ‘’sorry, no kebab’’ , but their pizzas are lot worse than any pizza I’ve had at any place that serves kebab.

Not really a good (tasty) pizza

I read a lot of about that pizzas in Finland are not really good. I can only agree with that saying as the tuna pizza that I ordered was not really good. Very blend, not really tasty... just a below average pizza in comparison with any pizza you order in Italy. They also had no spicy oil to offer. Can’t really recommend this place...

Worst service ever!

I ate here yesterday where the food was really good! Today I sit at the designated table with a dirty tablecloth and after 20 minutes still have not seen the menu card! I’m leaving now...

Slow and tasteless

Gave this place a second try. No use: The place was half empty but the service (getting seated, having drinks) was slow. Considering how tasteless the pizzas were, I can’t believe they still took 30min to make (which time wise would have been bearable). Had Pepe’s and regular bolognese pizza. And if you can’t make basic bolognese pizza to taste like SOMETHING, then pizza industry maybe isn’t for you. The pizza was dry, no seasoning, very little of mozzarella or other sauces. The menu (called “the green magazine”) is full of fancy ideas and visions, yet none of them come to life in their restaurants. Shame. And despite being only half full (half empty if you’re realistic), their waiting time seemed to get longer and longer, and they started turning people away from the door. Gave two instead of one because of the nice background music and nice decoré. And fairly friendly staff who helped with the baby’s high chair.

Best pizzas in town

We have many pizza restaurants in Vantaa but this is the best. Cosy little restaurant and very popular so might be some queue.

Tasty pizzas

The pizzas are huge and delicious. Also, the service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is a little bit hectic when the place is crowded. The tables are tightly packed, very little privacy.

Perfect Lunch

One of my favourite places to lunch when shopping in Jumbo shopping centre when in Finland. Highly recommend this thin and crispy prosciutto crudo pizza!

Nice Pizza

Very tasty Pizza’s and very good service from the staff. Only downside is the “table” arrangements. Seems they are trying to squeeze in as many patrons as possible, so you are blocked in by other tables.

Dry and over-priced

If you are not from Finland, I'll let you in on a secret, and if you are, I apologize if this seems too harsh: Finland has some of the worst pizza in the world (and yes, I am a Finn). Because of this, Finns will appreciate anything that isn't utter greasy trash, which Classic Pizza isn't. But, if you are used to any higher standard of pizza, you will wonder why so many people gave this place a good review. I hope I haven't offended anyone, and I'm not trying to be elitist, but I stand by this opinion. ;)
