We booked Captain Jack’s 2 months ahead and still we managed to find just a 4.30pm “lunch” slot. We were disappointed by the quality and taste of food. From a restaurant in a kids’ theme park I would have expected way more options and a...wide range of them. The menu, especially the one for those with Disney Meals, is fairly limited and there aren’t many choices. Kids have just a couple of options to choose from. The location is suggestive however, it was quite dark and many people, us included, had to use their smartphones to read the menu. Services was reasonably prompt and friendly. Again, the quality of the food was way below the bar and not worth the prices. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with kids.More

Lovely ambiance - the restaurant does gives a feel of being out in the evening somewhere tropical. I love that at the bottom of the restaurant the boat from the pirate ride travels through. The food is nice enough and is one of the healthier...options available on the park. It was nice to see some salad after several days of ‘fast food’. We went for the 3 courses as part of our meal plan and it seemed worth the money. It also included one (non alcoholic) drink. A Coke is 5euro so on top of everything it would soon add up. Meal plan definitely the way to go. The children’s meal was lovely and starter and dessert were Mickey Mouse themed. We needed a vegetarian child and adult option in our party and these were both lovely. Staff were all dressed as pirates and attentive - this restaurant definitely brings the Disney magic.More

The theme of this restaurant is lovely but that's about it. I didn't feel any atmosphere and effort made by the staff and the food as many have mentioned was cold, bland and really not trying. They really need to review the menu and this...isn't Caribbean food. It was a very disappointing experience and the staff were not helpful either. This was a recommended restaurant, but I would never go back to eat here.More

Took our 7 year old grandaughter for a treat. The food was served cold,it was absolutely disgusting it was sloppy pork but no meat just all fat and tasted discusting. Our grandaughter was nearly sick as her chicken on the kids chicken and rice meal...was boiled white and sloppy. The staff were nice but very very inexperienced and because no one spoke English they all avoided taking our order. We paid €127 for a meal we couldn't eat, went straight to the food village for a pizza!!! DO NOT GO HEREMore

Didn't go very well!! We had pre-booked for a party of 10 (4 young kids) but we had to wait 15 minutes for our table to ready ( reminder 4 young kids) We were eventually shown to our table and left for another 10 mins...(without the menus) then a waitress came and gave us the menus!!!!! The food was very good but the selection was limited. Overall the food was good but organisation was dreadful.More

There were 7 in the party including two young boys really excited to eat here….. they’d been on the ride several times during the week and as as we passed the restaurant on the ride, they said they couldn’t wait. It looked lovely. Firstly, it...was empty, so no atmosphere and we were the last service of their shift, they didn’t seem happy being there. Not very welcoming and we were left sat a fair while. We had the deluxe dining plan and all week we’d had a great experience with helpful, friendly accommodating staff. Here though, we asked if we could swap one adults’ main meal (7 of us eating, everyone else ok with the VERY limited set options here). It was €2 more than the set menu options, so more than happy to pay the difference, which we had done elsewhere. Not here. Told us we would have to pay for all three courses again, (even if choosing a starter and dessert from the set menu), unless we ordered a second main course at €38. So essentially we’d have the set menu, plus the main he wanted = 8 mains instead of 7 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Made no sense so checked with other staff, but yes, that was right. Big waste of food as much as anything. When the meal arrived, some in the party said it was cold and overall was generally disappointing compared to the other restaurants we’d used our dining plan at. No one enjoyed the food but was very really edible. You still pay for food on a dining plan (around €250), but made to feel like we were second class customers. They made us feel like we were being unreasonable asking to swap one thing. Ended up at McDonald’s. Never going back thereMore

We went with our family and children, we were 8 people in total. It took 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table in order to be able to order. With the prices that are very high you would expect at least some...decent food, totally the opposite the food was very very poor in all terms. It looked like ready plates that were put in a microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!More
